QWhat’s the difference between gluten free and certified gluten free?
The certified gluten free logo means Mikey’s products have been independently verified as meeting strict gluten free standards. In other words, we didn’t make it up.
QWhat is certified Paleo?
The Paleo Foundation has certified that all Mikey’s products are free of grains, legumes, dairy, artificial colors, artificial preservatives and flavor enhancers. We’re still working on getting our official certification from the cavemen.
QHow can Mikey’s products be so clean and taste so good?
It is really a simple process. First, you attend the CIA, the most demanding cooking school in the U.S. Then you work from 6AM to Midnight, 6 days a week, for a couple of the world’s most exacting chefs. Finally, you bake and taste, bake and taste, bake and taste until your friends think you’ve lost your mind. That’s all there is to it.
QHow long can Mikey’s products stay in the freezer?
The official shelf life is six months. But why would you leave ‘em there that long? Are you trying to starve to death?
QHow long can they stay in the refrigerator?
Mikey’s products can stay in the fridge for a week or two. They can also be refrozen, but we’re guessing they won’t last you that long
QCan you take Mikey’s Muffin Tops to work or school?
Yes, but only if you bring some to share with friends.
QIs there an actual Mikey?
The man, the myth, the legend…yes, he does exist!
