tortilla ice cream cone
A dessert you can’t feel guilty about thanks to Mikey’s Tortillas! Thanks, Danielle (munchinspo on Instagram) for this delicious idea that looks as good as it tastes!
Ingredients
- 1 Mikey’s tortilla
- coconut oil
- chocolate coconut yogurt (or any ice cream/froyo flavor of choice)
- chocolate coconut peanut butter
- sprinkles
Directions
- Bake one Mikey’s tortilla at 350 degrees for about 2 minutes folded into a cone shape and sprayed with coconut oil
- Filled with chocolate coconut yogurt
- Drizzled with chocolate coconut peanut butter
- Top with sprinkles!
