tortilla ice cream cone

A dessert you can’t feel guilty about thanks to Mikey’s Tortillas! Thanks, Danielle (munchinspo on Instagram) for this delicious idea that looks as good as it tastes!

Ingredients

  • 1 Mikey’s tortilla
  • coconut oil
  • chocolate coconut yogurt (or any ice cream/froyo flavor of choice)
  • chocolate coconut peanut butter
  • sprinkles

Directions

  1. Bake one Mikey’s tortilla  at 350 degrees for about 2 minutes folded into a cone shape and sprayed with coconut oil
  2. Filled with chocolate coconut yogurt
  3. Drizzled with chocolate coconut peanut butter
  4. Top with sprinkles!
