Ingredients
- 1 Mikeys Tortilla
- 1 Mashed Sweet Potato
- Brussel Sprouts
- Cabbage
- Tangy Mango Saucy Lips Sauce
- Ground Turkey
- 1 Avocado
- Sir Kensington’s Special Sauce
Directions
- Prepare ground turkey or any meat you prefer
- Bake a sweet potato and mash until it is a consistent texture
- Cook brussel sprouts and cabbage in Tangy Mango Saucy Lips sauce
- Lightly toast a Mikey’s Tortilla
- Stuff tortilla with the sweet potato mash, turkey, brussel sprouts, and cabbage
- Top with sliced avocado
