spooky cake balls
The Halloween treat you need this season! Cake balls using Mikey’s Muffin Tops courtesy of Marissa (@marissaswholelife on Instagram)! What a fun and delicious idea
      Ingredients
For the Cake Ball:
- 4 Mikeys Double Chocolate Chip Muffin Tops
 - 1/2 C of any Peanut Butter
 - 2 Tbsps of Honey
 - 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
 
For the Chocolate Coating:
- 1/2 C of Unsweetened Chocolate
 - 2 Tbsps of Coconut Oil
 - 2 Tbsps of Honey
 - Halloween Sprinkles
 
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the cake balls. Mix until well blended.
 - Roll into balls and put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
 - Heat up the ingredients for the chocolate coating.
 - Dip the cake balls in the chocolate coating and sprinkle with sprinkles or other topping.
 - Enjoy!
