spooky cake balls

The Halloween treat you need this season! Cake balls using Mikey’s Muffin Tops courtesy of Marissa (@marissaswholelife on Instagram)! What a fun and delicious idea
Ingredients
For the Cake Ball:
  • 4 Mikeys Double Chocolate Chip Muffin Tops
  • 1/2 C of any Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsps of Honey
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
For the Chocolate Coating:
  • 1/2 C of Unsweetened Chocolate
  • 2 Tbsps of Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tbsps of Honey
  • Halloween Sprinkles

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the cake balls. Mix until well blended.
  2. Roll into balls and put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat up the ingredients for the chocolate coating.
  4. Dip the cake balls in the chocolate coating and sprinkle with sprinkles or other topping.
  5. Enjoy!
