Ingredients

  • Mikey’s sliced bread
  • thick cut turkey
  • bibb lettuce
  • avocado
  • tomato
  • bacon
  • dairy-free cheese of choice
  • dressing of choice

Directions

  1. Toast 2 slices of Mikey’s bread
  2. Spread dressing of choice on one side of each slice
  3. Layer thick cut turkey, Bibb lettuce, avocado, tomato, bacon and cheese of choice onto one slice
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
  5. Top with toast number 2 and enjoy!
