chicken pesto pizza recipe

Worried you’re not getting your daily dose of greens? Well, here’s a solution – use pesto on your Mikey’s pizza crust to get all the flavor and greens you may be lacking! Ingredients:

  • 1 Mikey’s pizza crust
  • Sliced grilled chicken
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp pesto
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • sliced artichokes
  • 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F and line baking sheet with tin foil
  2. Place Mikey’s pizza crust on baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes
  3. Remove from oven and layer pizza crust with pesto
  4. Top with cooked chicken, sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, red onions, and sliced artichokes
  5. Lightly drizzle with olive oil
  6. Place back in oven and let the pizza bake for 7-10 minutes or until crust is brown
