chicken pesto pizza recipe
Worried you’re not getting your daily dose of greens? Well, here’s a solution – use pesto on your Mikey’s pizza crust to get all the flavor and greens you may be lacking! Ingredients:
- 1 Mikey’s pizza crust
- Sliced grilled chicken
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp pesto
- 1/4 cup red onion
- sliced artichokes
- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400F and line baking sheet with tin foil
- Place Mikey’s pizza crust on baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes
- Remove from oven and layer pizza crust with pesto
- Top with cooked chicken, sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, red onions, and sliced artichokes
- Lightly drizzle with olive oil
- Place back in oven and let the pizza bake for 7-10 minutes or until crust is brown
